Waterfront Committee

The Onancock Waterfront Committee is an advisory committee charged with advising Town Council on matters concerning the Onancock Waterfront, Marina and Harbormaster Facility.

The committee's daily responsibilities include the management of the marina as well as providing assistance to the Harbormaster and staff in matters ranging from maintenance of the facility to transient boating guests customer satisfaction.  

The committee's long term responsibilities include advising Town Council on financial expenditures, proposed upgrades to the marina as well as maintaining growth and gathering feedback and advice from town residents as it applies to the marina.

The Waterfront Committee meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM in the Onancock Town Council chambers.  Meetings are open to the public and time is allocated for public comment.
