27th Annual Onancock Christmas Parade

Dear Community Member,

The Town of Onancock is pleased to invite you to participate in the 27h Annual Christmas Parade.  This year’s parade takes place on Sunday, December 10th, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.  The theme is “Onancock Christmas on the Bay”.  Please keep this year’s theme in mind since there will be an opportunity to win the “Best Themed” trophy.    

Fire company awards will include Best Overall, Best Antique Piece of Equipment, and Farthest Distance Traveled.  For all parade participants, trophies will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place winners of each division.

To register for the parade, please complete the entry form and return it via mail, fax or email no later than December 6th.  Applications received after December 6th will NOT be allowed to participate.  Please include a description of your entry and the approximate amount of footage required for line-up.  If you have more than one activity, such as a float and a marching band, please note this so all activities can be judged in the appropriate category.  Also, the line-up will also be available on our website at www.onancock.com.
